The Garden Flat

This is a self catering ground floor studio flat situated to the rear of the main house. The flat comfortably sleeps 2-3 people. The bathroom and kitchen have recently been refurbished to a very high quality standard. Linen, heating and lighting are all included in our prices noted below.

The costs for staying in the Garden Flat are as follows and are based upon a minimum let of 3 days:-

Comprises of a Bed/settee, armchairs, nice coffee tables, book shelves, 2 X table lamps, TV/Video & DVD/ Patio doors that lead to a small private garden, seating and drying area

The kitchen comprises of a fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle toaster and iron as well as a breakfast bar and two stools.

Comprises of a modern double bed, 3 chests of drawers, mirror wardrobes, bedside lams and radio/alarm

Comprises of a modern bathroom suite including a power shower and bath
